Sonographic “cervix sign”: a new ancillary sign of gallbladder neck malignancy

The purpose this study to evaluate a new sonographic sign, "cervix sign" for neck thickening.Participants procedureThis retrospective comprised consecutive patients with who underwent sonography between August 2019 December 2021. presence “cervix sign” was assessed by two radiologists independently.ResultsSixty-five had (28 37 benign). present in 18 (64%) only 1 (2.7%) patient (p=0.0001). mean thickness greater symmetric liver metastases were more common (without reaching statistical significance). There substantial agreement (kappa=0.78) observers the cervix sign.ConclusionSonographic useful ancillary feature cancer.
